Discussion
- This entry only concerns with the James River population in Virginia, USA. This is a genetically distinct population.
- Males are assumed to differ from females by {p_Am} and h_a only
- Arrhenius temperature T_A calculated based on flathead catfish (Bourret et al. 2008)
- d_V set to 0.26 g/cm^3 based on dry weight to wet weight ratio of immature fish
- d_E set to 0.42 g/cm^3 based on dry weight to wet weight ratio of eggs
- Lb is ignored because isomorphy is hard to combine with abj model
- In view of low somatic maintenance, pseudodata k_J = 0.002 1/d is replaced by pseudodata k = 0.3
