Discussion

  • Males are assumed to differ from females by {p_Am} and E_Hp
  • I set zero weights to ab, Ww0, Wwi and Wwim. ab: it is inconsistent with univariate (Tab) data. Ww0: data comes from a different population in Portugal. Wwi and Wwim: data from a population in Galicia, and obviously inconsistent with the univariate data that comes from Leon.
  • temperature in tL data is assumed to oscillate as T(t) = T_m + T_a*sin(2*pi*(t-t_T)/365)
  • curator: weight for tp and tpm have been set to 0 because of complex temperature trajectory
