Discussion
- mod 1: males and females are identical up till birth and then they are assumed to differ by {p_Am} and E_Hp
- mod 1: added data from Gold2018 which replaces most of the AnAge and AWD data in the zero-variate.
- mod 1: removed the Wwx data with was from AnAge and conflicted with the rest.
- mod 2: reduced k.
