- mod_1-DATA: replaced values for 0-variate data: ab, Lb, Wdb, Wdp, Wdi i Ri; added 0-variate data:aj, Lj, Wdj, and 1-variate t-L for juvenilesadded 1-variate data: t-L_f, t-Wd_f, t-Ww_f, L-dL_f, L-Ww_f, L-Wd_f, Ww-dWw_f, L-JO_f, Ww-pX_f -- all of these at four food levels, L-N at two temperatures
- mod_1-PARS: Parameters for the 5-par Arrhenius correction estimated on independent data with NelderMead (outside AmP routine); specific tissue densities calculated from data
- mod_1-PREDICT: different equation for EWd predictions in predict file; predictions for Site1 and Site2 (data from NIWA) calculating using initial values (as parameters) rather than calculate from metamorphosis onwards while assuming certain (actually unknown) environmental conditions
